Surgery: After evaluation by a physician, surgical removal the bony growth would be the only definitive procedure. If they aren't painful and aren't causing problems, the best thing to do might be to leave them alone.

This is a structural: Problem so the only way to fix is through surgery. One must decide if they need surgery. The growth must be established as benign or malignant as well.
