Does everyone have blind spots in the same spot?

????: Normal eyes have a blind spot where the optic nerve exits the back of the eye. This usually is manifest by a small blind spot just outside the center of vision (temporal) located about 17-19 degrees off center. This is found in both the right and left eye.
