Make them stronger: Depending on your body weight, you may want to try shedding excess pounds - if you are overweight/obese and lose weight some of it will come off of your hands. While you can make your hands more muscular but you cannot do any specific exercises to make them thinner. Try using a grip device, thumb and finger flexes, modeling clay and overall use of your hands to build strength.
