Ketek/Tequin: Tequin (gatifloxacin) has black box warning re. Diabetes & liver damage potential. Ketek has same warning re. Effect on liver. Not sure why u would combine 2 antibiotics, but please discuss with your doc. First.

Drug drug interactio: There is a theoretical drug drug interaction between the two, but no reported cases with adverse affects. Presumably your physician is aware of this and is targeting multiple or difficult to treat infections with this regimen, but it won't hurt to ask him or her.
