GBM: For most gbms, primary debulking surgery with craniotomy is being done by a neurosurgeon. After that upon recovery most patients undergo chemotherapy and radiation treatment together, usually using a chemo pill called temodar (temozolomide). After that temodar (temozolomide) is used as single agent therapy. Obviously some gliomas need different approach or clinical trial consideration, but this is the standard paradigm we use.

Yes. Also Optune: The best published results are with radiation, chemotherapy and simultaneous rapidly-alternating electrical field treatment. The survival advantage is so significant that the trial ended early. That is the first time this has happened in the history of GBM research.
