What should I expect when I have a closed nose reduction surgery?
If I need surgery to remove a skull-based tumor and the surgeon cannot go through the nose, does the surgeon "cut my head open up?" Does it get sewn back up, or do I leave the hospital with a hole in my skull? If it does, how does the hole get closed?
