Dr can exam. & treat: A person with face symptoms often needs medical attention and antibiotics. Cellulitis is an infection of the facial skin, more often around the eyes. Sinusitis is an infection inside the facial bones. Both of these infections can spread into the eye sockets; and in severe cases, spread to the brain, which is on the other side of the eye sockets. Facial nerve paralysis can also distort the face.

Get seen: It is hard to know what is going on based on your short question. If you have vision changes (blurriness, double vision, blind spots) get seen by your local eye doctor. If you have swelling, numbness, weakness in the face or around the eye, i would recommend evaluation by an ent. If any of your symptoms are severe or rapidly progressing, head to your er for immediate evaluation.
