Eval and Treat: So that is called retrograde ejaculation. If you are not trying to get pregnant then no treatment is necessary. It should be evaluated to see if any cause like diabetes is identified. If trying to get pregnant then the treatment is either insemination by collecting and preparing sperm from the urine after ejaculation or ivf with icsi.
