Possible : There is certainly no risks to your boyfriend having sex with you due to pcos. Because people with polycystic ovaries are not ovulating consistently pregnancy is less likely but certainly possible. Unless you are wanting to be a mother i certainly would recommend you begin birth-control before you have intercourse.

No harm to BF: Pcos does not affect your partner. It is still possible to become pregnant even with pcos. You should still use contraception if you do not want to conceive.
