Genetic: This is a genetic condition known as "the photic sneeze reflex." some think it's a protective reflex to get you to close your eyes as it is impossible to sneeze with your eyes open. My children all have it as do I and it's pretty funny when we walk into bright sun as we all sneeze within 20 seconds of each other.
