I have general body ache almost on a daily basis. what can i do to reduce it?

See below: The first thing to do in my opinion it to determine if there is a treatable cause for the general body aches which are certainly not normal. There are many conditions that can cause general body aches which include, hormone abnormalities, chronic infections, vitamin deficiencies, depression and fibromyalgia. This is not the whole list. See a doctor who is willing to take the time to help.
