i go to the toilet a lot the next day after drinking alcohol i mean at least 5-6 times could there be a bowel problem or is this natural?

Alcohol: More than likely it is alcohol since you drink a lot of it. Bowel problems present differently.

S/he doesn't say that they drink a lot, but rather go to the toilet a lot. I assume that they are talking about getting drunk. Alcohol causes diarrhea in many different ways, ranging from damaging the stomach and intestinal lining to causing damage to the pancreas, which produces enzymes that help digest our food, to damaging the liver. If you get diarrhea after heavy drinking but continue to drink heavily, you may be developing alcohol abuse/dependency. Talk to your doctor and/or see a counselor.
