I had wiped my rectum after a bowel movement and there was blood on the tissue twice only during drinking alcohol. what can this be?

Rectal bleeding: can be from multiple causes: irritation, inflammation, hemorrhoids, rectal fissures or fistulas. You should be examined rectally and have anoscopy performed have stool checked for blood.
