Recommend urologist.: If you are having difficulties with ejaculation, a urologist who specializes in infertility or sexual medicine can help. First the doctor will take a detailed history & do a physical exam. Based on this, tests may be ordered to diagnose the problem. Neurologic issues, obstruction of ducts or vas deferens, retrograde ejaculation...These are just a few possibilities that can be found on workup.
