Unlikely : If your postmenopaual, meaning no period for at least one year, and he has a zero sperm count then it is almost impossible. Do a blood hcg.

Low: It says you are 56 on the question. It can appear positive if it stays in urine too long. The pregnancy tests are pretty reliable but check another in the allotted time. I am not aware of anyone becoming naturally pregnant at 56 though. Good luck.
