Can retest in 1 week: In rare instances, a woman can get a positive pregnancy test even if her husband had a vasectomy several years ago. She can repeat the pregnancy test after one week, and if it is positive again, she can consult with her Ob-Gyn doctor to find out where the bHCG is coming from.

Not 100%: A small % of the vasectomy failed due to development of a bypass system. Thus it is possible that you can get pregnant in this case. I would agree that you should test yourself again to make sure that the first test was correct.
