Doesnt make sense: Mb is quite elevated with a barely detectible troponin. . Would expect a more marked elevation of cardiac troponin for a myocardial infarction. Other causes for elevated mb include skeletal muscle damage, heavy exercise especially involving chest muscles, underlying muscle disease, or abnormal thyroid. Also, kidney failure needs to be considered. Total ck and clinical situation is important here.
