Need to see your MD: There can be many reasons for that, it may be a local problem with muscles.Tendons or nerves of your dominant hand, it may be a symptom of a neurological condition or another generalised disorder you need to be evaluated with detailed history physical exam and lab and other tesrs if indicated to find the cause and treat.

See an MD: More information is required. When did this start? Do yo have any health issues? What medications are you taking if any? See your family doctor for an evaluation. Many diseases or disorders can cause what you are having.
