I've recently developed internal anal warts. will they clear on their own or is therapy required?

Anal warts: I'm a gyn so i usually only treat external warts, but they do sometimes resolved spontaneously. However, you probably need to see a colorectal surgeon or at least general surgeon to see how extensive these are. Treatment usually involves some sort of ablation of them. Aldara (imiquimod) is only really for external use. Your best bet for spontaneous resolution is condom use. It reduces viral load.
