Many possibilities: Someone needs to examine your throat and then discuss possibilities and probably further studies - perhaps a culture. Treatment will depend od what is found on examination.

Most anything: There are any number of possibilities. It could be a typical tonisil tissue, to a slightly enlarged blood vessel, or something more serious. It is always best to have it looked at by a physician or dentist.
