Pins and needles in my hand got a pot on after broke it.?

Nerve compression: You could have a nerve pinching at wrist, which would affect grip strength and cause you to drop objects, but also, cause altered sensations. (perhaps carpal tunnel syndrome or even ulnar nerve issue at wrist or elbow). Get this evaluated before additional problems occur, as most of these problems can easily be reversed.
