Yes: Melanoma metastasis can be asymptomatic, particularly if the metastatic sites are small in size and few in number. Without treatment, it will progress, however, and symptoms will develop.

Melanoma: Yes, but melanoma is generally compared by looking at depth of invasion not stage.
