I've been trying to figure out why i get these weird feelings in my head. my chest gets tight & i get head pressure like a headache? what is wrong?

Many possibilities: You should see a doctor and get evaluated with full history, physical and possibly labs. Cannot diagnose on the internet. It would be like telling me your car is broken, what's wrong? Happy new year.
