Low fat diet: Without the gallbladder bile to emulsify the fats in the intestine, i would suggest a low fat diet, if youre diet is too high in fat, the fat will not be able to be digested and result in diarrhea. Definitely less than 30% of your diet calories should come from fat and probably the less the better. Minimum intake should be 60 calories from fat to help you absorb vitamins a, d, e, k.
