Restless legs: Seems like you are describing 'restless legs' which can easily be treated naturally rather than with the various medications on the market. You can start with a B12 and folate (folic acid) supplement as well as with a thyroid supplement containing l-tyrosine, iodine and selenium. RLS / PLMD: Possible causes include restless legs syndrome and/or periodic limb movement disorder. Treatments do exist for both disorders - but i recommend a thorough evaluation by a sleep medicine specialist first.
