Glad you're Alive!: Andrea, you should know that you are very blessed right now! i know of at least 2 people who perished within hours after that happened, simply because it occured shortly following a meal. The trauma to the full colon caused it to rupture, and the toxic contents got into the circulation and caused an overwhelming sepsis (blood poisoning), and they died.
