A member asked:

Is the operation for ovarian cysts is safe?

Yes: Surgery has risks but a trained ob/gyn has been through the paces. There can be different recovery times and post operative setbacks; depends on your age, nature of cysts, etc but we train for many years to do operations and the incidence of complications is low, good luck.

Ovarian cysts: All operations have risks, but an ovarian cystic tommy is a very commonly performed surgery.
