Thyroid: Thyroid is tricky as there is hyper or too much thyroid, which causes signs of an accelerated system. This includes increased heart rate, anxiety, palpitations and weight loss. Then there is hypothyroid or too slow. Think of everything in the body slowing down. Low body temperature, slower heart rate, brain fog, constipation, dry skin, hair loss, and weight gain are a few of the main symptoms.

Multiple: Thyroid problems can involve function: too much or too little hormone. They can also involve structure: too large a size, presence of nodules, etc. There can also be thyroid cancers, but while they can occur, they represent a small percentage of the total human cancers (<1%).
