Yes but...: Although there is no contraindication to taking Klonopin (clonazepam) during flu, there are things you have to take into consideration: 1) flu itself can make you feel tired and Klonopin (clonazepam) may enhance that feeling 2) some of the antibiotics may increase levels of Klonopin (clonazepam) and make you feel more tired.
