Possibly: Mrsa (methicillin-resistant staph aureus bacteria) infection of the skin can occur after irritation such as shaving. Usually it presents as a boil, but can also be red bumps or pustules over the hair follicles (folliculitis). If there are no pus bumps, it is also possible that you have an irritant or allergic dermatitis under your arms. See your doctor to culture the area and treat it.
