Itching burning and tingling on the arm bumps and itching burning on the arm

If : If you are a middle aged adult, it is possibly shingles if you are noticing a tingling rash going down only one arm. It could be a sign of a "pinched nerve" in the neck or neuropathy or many other possibilities. Is there a rash? I would recommend you have this evaluated by a physician.
