Bloating, diarrhea: The blue green diarrhea may be due to unprocessed bile caused by rapid pass through of stool. Diarrhea may also be producing gas which can cause abdominal pain

Green stool: Bile in the intestine makes the stool green but the bacteria in our intestine changes the color to yellow/brown, in case of Diarrhea bowel content moves too fast the bacterias have no time to change the color so stool stays green.
You might have a case of Gasteroentritis, just try to stay hydrated and don't take medication to stop your diarrhea, if you are not better in 1-2 days see a doctor.
