Bloating, diarrhea: The blue green diarrhea may be due to unprocessed bile caused by rapid pass through of stool. Diarrhea may also be producing gas which can cause abdominal pain
Dr. Leila Hashemi
Internal Medicine 21 years experience
Green stool: Bile in the intestine makes the stool green but the bacteria in our intestine changes the color to yellow/brown, in case of Diarrhea bowel content moves too fast the bacterias have no time to change the color so stool stays green. You might have a case of Gasteroentritis, just try to stay hydrated and don't take medication to stop your diarrhea, if you are not better in 1-2 days see a doctor.
