Ovaries : If you still have your ovaries these symptoms likely related to them. You likely would have had these symptoms prior to your hysterectomy.

Menses: What you are describing is what can happen to some women around the time of the menstrual period. Although you don't have your uterus, you do have your ovaries so you do go through hormonal changes.
