Knot upper chest: That may be in the tail of the breast or actual axilla , Could be just cyst, lymph node ( swelling for many reasons, infection hand /back) or mass would f/u with doctor and get mammogram biopsy.

See your doctor : Sounds like something that needs to be evaluated by your doctor a mammogram and / or ultrasound. This could be nothing or it could be an early cancer. Please be evaluated ASAP.
