Yes if persistant: When you grind your teeth frequently especially while sleeping over time you wear through the enamal into the softer dentin layer of the tooth. Over time this will cause loss of tooth structure and often sensitivity which may necessitate the need to have the teeth restored with bonding, veneers or crowns.

YES!: Bruxism is a major cause of cracked and broken teeth. It is recommended that anyone who grinds and bruxes their teeth get fitted for a mouth guard to protect their teeth when asleep /or under stress.

Yes: Can cause excessive wear of teeth and damage to supporting tissues. Often people who bruh have stress-related disorder. Often they have malocclusion (see an Orthodontist). Start with your Dentist. Get evaluated and treatment planned.
