Stim or trouble: Regular stimulation can conceivably cause milk production - this could be oral, clothing, or direct. If you are post-partum, just the sound of a crying baby may cause your milk to "let loose." if the discharge is bloody, that can be cancer and must be checked out with mammogram! if the discharge is just yellow/green, then it could just be regular breast cyst/gland production. Worry about pain...
