Possible: Typically if one tooth is removed, there are several choices presented in my practice, implants, fixed bridges, removable bridges or no treatment. You should discuss these options with your dentist to see which is best for you.

Yes: Since i don't know more details i can't offer a specific answer. Talk with your dentist. If a person wants a denture at the same time teeth are removed, impressions, tooth selection and measurements need to be done ahead of time.

Usually: Ask your dentist before the tooth is removed. They may want to make an impression before the surgery. Some dentures are immediately placed the day the tooth comes out -- need to plan for this in advance, others sometime later. Discuss the options with your dentist. May have different options to choose from.
