Depends: If only a border of the nail is removed 7-10 days. If the entire nail is removed it may take 2-3 weeks.

Depends...: ...On the procedure performed. If the ingrown nail is removed, but no acid or chemical is put on the nail root, you should heal in 7-10 days. If the procedure is permanent (killing the nail-growing cells with acid or other chemical) it may take up to 3 weeks to stop draining. See your podiatrist for individualized options.

Fairly short: Following having an ingrown nail removed either just avulsion or with matrixectomy you are back in shoes the next day or 1 more. Complete healing depend on which procedure you do but in general tems a week to 2 weeks. If infection is involved dont delay get treatment today.
