Call you OB: Most OB docs and midwives have an answering service. Call your docs office even though it is Sunday and usually the service will pick up or the message will give further instructions. It should kind feel like you're carrying a weight between your legs all the time now and being 1cm is fine. Contractions that come and go are usually consistent with false labor.
