Eat right, exercise: Healthy meals, solid sleep cycle, moderate exercise most days of the week (4-5 days). You can't lose fat in just one part of your body unless you have surgery. Even with liposuction, fat can return unless you make real long-term changes to your lifestyle. Visit your dr and make a plan. Aim to spend per week 500 kcals more than you eat, = losing 1 lb per month which is a healthy goal.
