Biliary colic: Your gallbladder could be the cause of your abdominal pain aka biliary colic. Absent fever or vomiting, you can be evaluated as an outpatient. Low fat diet, and hydrate until your doc gets an abdominal us. A surgery consult, risk/benefit analysis of organ retention vs surgical removal/laprascopic cholecystectomy if you have gallstones. There are other possibilities, so get evaluated.
