Could be: If you are running a fever and feel like you have lost your appetite it could be your appendix. Try going up on your toes and then dropping down on your heels real hard and fast: if that hurts it could be your appendix. If you have increased pain when you hit a bump while driving it could be your appendix. Those are big signs to look for. I would go ahead and be seen just to make sure.
