Exam: It sounds like a floater, particularly if it moves with your gaze. I advise just to have a dilated eye exam by an ophthalmologist to reassure that's what it is. Eye drops do not make floaters go away or lessen. Floaters may take a long time to settle in the eye and are not expected to disappear. You will adapt and will begin to ignore them generally.
