UTI: Urinary ttract infection. Painful urination is usually an infection in the bladder or urethra, but it can also be a stone. Stones result in blood in the urine that you may not be able to see. Your doctor by testing your urine can tell if you need antibiotics. In the meantime drink lots of water & see your doctor.
