Normal: Nausea is common in the first trimester and generally improves in the second. While it is called morning sickness, it can happen any time in the day or night. It is commonly thought to be caused by the high HCG levels of the first trimester and therefore to be a good sign of a healthy pregnancy. Feeling weak after vomiting is also normal whether you are pregnant or not. Hope this helps.
