Unclear: It is very unclear from your description on how to answer. Would see a physician. He can best determine what is going on by asking you specifics about the pain and then deciding what test if any are needed.

Many things: At 27 the odds of heart attack are small. It could muscles, joints, pleurisy, Redux and more. If it is family member light pain does not rule out their heart. Some feel little or no pain in fact. If it is concerning then see a doctor.
