Neuropathy: Sounds like a form of neuropathy. Are a number of possible causes including lower back conditions, diabetes, b-12 anemia and excessive alcohol use. See physician for evaluation.

See below: Could be the beginning of peripheral neuropathy. Could be a vitamin deficiency. Should see a doctor for workup.
