Concerned.: A little bright red blood at the end of the stool ( not mixed in with the stool) is what is usually seen with hemorrhoids. You can often feel them. Stomach pain and dark blood that is sticky, black, foul smelling is something altogether different and requires evaluation.

Have it checked: Hemorrhoidal bleeding should not be associated with abdominal pain. There might be some rectal discomfort but no abdominal pain. Therefore i suggest you have it checked. Good luck.
