Stop Picking!: Tiny bumps in the nose are common, and nearly all arise from one cause: picking. More precisely, excessive attention to nasal hygiene -- blowing the nose, cleaning it out with tissues, trying to remove all debris -- results in tiny scabs, forming over sore and healing areas, to be removed. This, then, keeps them from healing and eventually the body replaces the scab with scar: the bump!
