Stenosis: Unfortunately, medications, manipulation and therapy may improve symptoms, however the pathology will continue to worsen. If you are having neurologic issues of weakness etc, you should be seen by a neurosurgeon or orthopedist with spinal training for eval before things worsen.

Get evaluated: Spinal stenosis associated with pain and motor dysfunction requires evaluation by a health care provider with the proper credentials to consider need for surgery.

See doc.: If you are having progressive difficulty using your r leg and can hardly walk you need to see someone sooner rather than later. Those symptoms if related to your back are an indication for surgical correction.
